Cannot access Angard pay statements.

I am having problems accessing the Angard Pay Statement website. Is the website down?

It appears ANGARD, although a Royal Mail group company have their payroll administered by a company in Belgium. That company has been hacked but only impacts UK and Ireland companies.

Angard silent on the matter.

If they don’t pay then hope they will pay for consequencial losses - bank charges etc

Why SDWork don’t copy a backup onto an unconnected laptop and run payroll from there , I don’t know.

Surely they have a contingency plan in place?

As an alternative, tgey coujd take the gross figures supplied by Angard, extract tge basic bank details, and pay staff gross amount’s tomorrow.

When their problems have been resolved they would refers tge griss figures to SDWorx and deduct the amounts already paid.

That would endure that everyone’s tax position was rectified.

It all depends on how clued-up Angard/SDW are and whether tgey have the skills and resources to do this.

Angard have just emailed everyone that they expect to be able to pay those due monies tomorrow.

The email I received states we must check and/or input our bank details on JoinedUp before 3pm Thursday.

I don’t think bank details automatically appear on JoinedUp - mine were not present - so it’s important to check this.

Bank details should appear in their own section in the Profile.

Another, even lengthier email just received stating all will be paid 68% of there Gross Pay.

They are certainly making payments at no cost to themselves!

I will be out by 12% this week as I have only 20% Income Tax to pay each week.

There were other, simpler ways, of doing this payment but they don’t trust us to have sufficient funds next week to repay any overpayments.

There is now access to SDWorx.

It does not contain the details of the payment made on 14 April.

It looks as if things are being restored.
