How can I be booked in an induction? (Croydon Mail Centre)

Hi. I have been asked to choose an induction time twice. There were 3 to 4 induction times for me to choose. First time, I chose the most available one (replied after 10mins since received the induction email). Second time, I told the trainer that all options were fine to me (replied after 20 mins since received the induction email). However, unfortunately, I have not been booked in for 2 times! Anyone knows the trick to get booked in please! Should I reply the trainer's email even faster? Is the induction booking system first-come-first-serve? Thank you very much.
