Hello, I’ve just received a induction for Cardiff mail Centre for this month and I was wondering how long does it to get shifts after it

How long is a piece of string ?
There is no reasoning to Angards allocation of shifts.
Once your induction is complete there is no reason why you can't be offered shifts straight away.
If you haven't heard from them after induction phone them to ask if any are available.
