Official Complaint to Angard CEO

Enough is enough.

Does anyone have the email address for the person who runs Angard ?

I have emailed my complaint to angard.employee@reedglobal.com many times but they ignore me.

Currently I am lucky to get offered 1 shift per month whilst friends who work the the Royal Mail see the same Angard workers day in day out on the same shift as they are booked in by Managers which goes against all the rules.

This needs exposing and the CEO/MD needs informing.

Have contacted again the emails that I have got but don't hold your breath, I know of some who registered on here seem to no longer work for Angard/Reedglobal
You could try justsayit@royalmail.com as a last resort,if anything happens let us know.

Unfortunately you will find that no-one really runs Angard ,there is no CEO / Managing director as such , all the leg work and admin is done by Reed Global .
The directors that "run" Angard are also directors of the Royal Mail .
The directors that are associated with Angard also take no salary for their "running"of Angard.
All the information about Angard is available at Companies House.
Royal Mail owns 100% of Angard shares.
Angard is not a physical company with offices, boardroom and staff ect., it merely exists on paper.

I have emailed an official complaint to: justsayit@royalmail.com

Every other Angard worker should follow.

My main complaint is certain Angard workers get called in regularly for shifts by RM Managers and NOT by Angard which s illegal.

As I am not in such a clique I get sod all shifts.

just emailed this -
i've been with angard for 4 years and i barely get 1 shift a fortnight,
contacted angard was told its quiet, but i know thats not true as i'm constantly being told the same faces are in 2-3 nights per week when i finally get a shift, how is this right/fair
so for my loyalty shown to both angard and royal mail for 4 years shouldn't i be top of a 'list' or shown loyalty back by getting more regular shifts

Person you need to contact is Mick Jeavons. He is Director of Angard, and is also a director of Royal Mail (He is Chief of Staff of RM). Angard are getting away with too much. We were cancelled 2 times last month during the working day without notice. Go in for a 6am shift, expect to work to 2pm but get sent home at 10am with RM saying 'we don't have to give notice', Angard just saying 'tough luck'. Try cancelling a shift with them without notice!!! You will be blacklisted. Every week, booked in for 4 or 5 shifts, cancelled at least 2 of them. People not told shifts cancelled, turn up at 6am, sent home and told 'not our problem'. We work at Atherstone. It is a temporary site, gets the crap nobody else wants, more Angard than perm staff. Been there a year and still being crapped on. Most of the Angard staff are scared. We were 'asked' to leave a 'POSITIVE REVIEW' on Google last week. Seems like the ones leaving a 4 or 5 star are getting the shifts, leave the truth and get no shifts....

I am heartbroken for you and totally feel your pain and anguish!
As an ex Angardee this employment injustice is unacceptable and has been going on for too long!!

We all know that Moya Greene, the current CEO of Royal Mail and all directorates is leaving soon with a bonus of £1,000,000 as well as a huge final salary pension! Published in most newspapers.

HIT HER personal EMAIL INBOX (frequently) WITH YOUR DISGRUNTLEMENT about the bad behaviour and actions of Angard before she leaves. She must be informed. Even if she chooses to ignore you, hopefully as result of your action you will experience a psychological “catharsis” and feel much better. It’s now two years since I resigned from Angard and am now living off my state and very small teacher’s pension (supply teaching!). I will never, ever go back in any capacity! All the best.
