All new singing and dancing website. The main changes seem to be you can now submit queries and holiday requests via the website.

There is also a FAQ section and looking at the holiday section they now describe the way they calculate the hourly rate which explains why you never get the £10 an hour rate (AWR qualified) your holiday balance generally accrues at. They are dividing your gross pay earned in the previous 13 weeks by the number of hours worked to get an hourly holiday rate which just makes the whole thing far more complicated than it needs to be. This means corrections in the number of hours accrued on your holiday balance to allow for the variable holiday rate actually paid have to be made. It's still easiest to check you have been paid 12.07% once you get a P60 at the end of the tax year or when you leave.

Won't make much difference if no-one answers your E-mails , sound like they are going down the road of the call waiting system to get shifts, but in this case they will probably stop answering phone calls to payroll department and insist that you E-mail instead.
Won't be long before they get a fully automated system where you don't even talk to a real person.
