Hi Everyone

Post by J1248 »

Hello Everyone, I have recently been hired by Angard and have my first shift at Royal Mail tomorrow at 6PM in Beeston, Nottingham.
I have worked at R.M before, last year during the Christmas Period.

I just wanted to know, what I will be expecting tomorrow evening.

Hi,

At our place, we just have some coat hooks and benches, just dump my bag under the bench, food in fridge if it needs to be,

As for work, 6-10 at our place, you could be tipping bags on tso or ppi, or tipping red bags, or sorting the contents of these bags into first and second class packets, letters, flats, airmail, packets for hand stamp, heavy and large packets etc. You might be sorting second class packets, you could be portering, sorting meter mail, sorting packets on a road into sleeves. Sometimes I sort first class packets, first class letters and first class flats, although you are unlikely to be doing those things at first.

Good luck :)
