shifts

Post by cosi1259 »

anyone here finding that the shifts have dried up again especially in the wales area . if that's the case you may be also wondering why if there is no work why are angard trying to recruit more staff? . it would appear there is an open day at Cardiff this Wednesday 11/03/2015 . now if like me you are barely getting one shift a fortnight you would be right in thinking why do they need more staff ,when the staff they already have cant get a shift . looked back on my payslips for the tax year 2013/2014 and find that this year I am over 40% down on the previous year . the question of discrimination has already been raised and it has basically been ignored , and on the odd occasion you do actually get to speak to someone you get fobbed of with we tried to contact you but you did not answer your phone . on the odd occasion a text has gone out, a 4 hour shift with about 20 minutes notice is hardly likely to get most people dropping what they are doing even if they can get through on the phone and try and book in . it s about time angard where honest with there current staff , if you want to stay ahead of the competition you will need the staff on your side , or are they planning on going the same way as citilink did at xmas .

I've got a registration event booked with them in Cardiff next Tuesday. if people are struggling to get shifts I might not bother to go. the last thing I want is to spend £10 on travel & documents and get no shifts/lack of in the long run.

Hi, Its happening at crick, northampton. Angard keep employing new peoples and avoid giving shift to seniors employees. They are playing with honest , vulnerable and good employees and don't care about their livelihood and only bother about their big pockets. You can not complain or they don't have any complain contact number. Royal Mail should rip their big pockets.
I would not bother to work for greedy peoples(agency like Angard).
