WHY HAVENT THE POLICE GOT INVOLVED AFTER ALL,THIS IS FRAUD
As I have read on other posts, ACAS and Employment Tribunal form 1 appear to be the cheapest options at present. A lawyer costs £££££ and let's face it, with the problems being reported in papers, on internet web sites including twitter and facebook and on the news, i would like to think someone would have left a post on here?
maybe worth a search for a no win, no fee employment lawyer?
here's some details http://www.contactlaw.co.uk/using-a-no- ... awyer.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
although the article does state that the lawyer would assist you in your Employment Tribunal case or just give you some legal advice.

Re: WHY HAVENT THE POLICE GOT INVOLVED AFTER ALL,THIS IS FRA
It's the difference between Blue and White Collar crime.
If you are to brain someone from the Royal Mail they'll bleat to the police to take you away, which they will.
But the white collar director delinquents exist in the world of legalese babble and mix with people like Justices of the Peace and Judges in their own social class at their little parties, so their crimes are overlooked, or they won't be called crimes at all, but are for the civil courts. Which people like us can't generally afford to pay for, which means no justice for the poor.
The police want a simple crime to bring to book to get their performance points. They're not interested in wading through bank accounts, payroll and timesheets. They don't actually care about your welfare specifically, they want to keep their steady job going. The government won't allow them to strike either.
