An efficient, effective way of communicating with Angard Staffing Solutions and bypassing all the useless frustrating calls to 0845.... etc is to:
Email angardpayroll.queries@reedglobal.com (priority!)
plus sending copy emails to the following people:

Moya Greene, CEO - moya.greene@royalmail.com

John Duncan, Group HR Director - john.duncan@royalmail.com and

Mark Higson, MD Operation and Modernisation - mark.higson@royalmail.com

Hence your payroll query will be seen by all at the "top" or at least by the PAs who will have to download hard copy to their "superiors, all in the interests of openness and transparency!? Note that Mark Higson's letter (stereotyped) of apology of the 9/1/2012 to individual Christmas casuals gives the following number: 0845 460 7318

Regards,
A sad and lonely sometime Christmas casual who would love it if Angard took on board the "John Lewis" approach to casual staff treatment!?

You do start to wonder... will some people never get paid the correct amount?

The fact that Angard aren't giving me a p45 means I'm being taxed on my other job now, despite not earning enough this year to be taxed. It just gets more and more ridiculous. Is there a phone number for anyone at Royal Mail in charge of an Angard office or something? Seeing as Angard are 100% incompetent it seems better to contact Royal Mail, who may then in turn kick Angard up the arse. We can but hope.

RM cannot "kick" Angard up the ass...they own Angard and do not wish/want to own the problems!!!!!!

Hello there! Royal Mail i.e. your local RM sort centre will always redirect you to Angard  but, (your email will be acknowledeged instantly and I had a personal phone call within 1 week!

Go to your local HMRC office and use their free phone helplines.
Report ANGARD STAFFING SOLUTIONS to HMRC!
HMRC know about the fiasco. Get them i.e.HMRC to send you your tax coding statement and they will do so.

You are most welcome. I will always be supportive of the underdog and those who have been victims of grave injustice and unfairness.
There is too much buck passing, incompetence and utter ineptitude in large organisations like RM. I am quite sure that if one does not include queries addressed to those at the top, the underling managers will try and ignore you for as long as possible. Totally unacceptable...most are bullies, so let them bully each other, hence CEO  >>> Directors  :no no >>>Senior managers :mad >>>>>>>>>>Christmas casuals :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause

Boy am I glad I just rang them and told them to stuff the Job. I was accepted in October but the only job they offered me was 20 miles away and they said they would not pay travel expenses, even though at my interview the Royal Mail manager said they would. So, minimum wage, zero hour contract and pay £30+ a week in bus fares? seeing what has been happening to folk, I am glad I told them to shove it.

Yep. They should have sent you an email a few weeks back about that. You will need to email them yourself after that to ask you for your payroll number. Then go to https://www.ceridianhre.com/portal/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and register with your payroll #.
