Just spoke to a girl on the phone and she said she was going to get people to give me a phone back.

I got kinda confused when she asked for details of the days I worked - wanting to know my Monday to Sunday hours, I thought it was always Friday to Thursday?

The Angard week is Saturday to Friday - it says this in your contract. When you call the 0845 number you get through to a messaging service that know nothing about payroll all they do is fire off an e-mail to payroll with your query.

Should also be one for:
Been paid but never worked - thank you Angard
Been given a voucher
Been paid 1p
Been Paid 174.45

Sorry at the start of the Poll I dont think anyone could have guessed all possible combinations that needed to be included - guess I should have put in an 'Other' section and requested ppl added in the thread what 'Other' meant for them. Hindsight is wonderful.

I worked 9th to 23rd December.

I got a £350 voulcher in December, a BACS transfer for £100 from Angard and a payslip and a payment of £0.01.

My payslip is wrong and only shows hours I worked in one depot. It shows no hours at all for the majority of my work (at a different depot). It shows NI deductions of 110.71 on less than 2 weeks work!

I have been told all pay issues would be resolved by 1th January (this is plainly wrong) and I have recived a payroll statement requesting a repayment of £339.29.

What a shambles.

Please note that NET Deductions is not NI deductions. It shows in that column but that's Angard clawing back their voucher money.... just in case you didn't know already....
