Allow me to sum up my night last night. I stood on my feet and sorted letters according to inward and outward status for 8 hours straight with a 30 minute break somewhere in the middle.

I don't envy you... doing it for 2 hours on overtime was enough for me when I used to do it!

I want to strangle the marketing department at the the company that produces f****king water saving widgets who in the wisdom decide to send out 3 yorks full of tiny black plastic packages just as we hit the busiest period of the years. Green bastards!! :ncfo
