Raise a grievance. Both with your employer and ACAS.

Yeah, there is no doubt about it. There is racial discrimination going if you get sent those emails first come first serve no matter how quick you are to respond to those emails. You never get a shift. I believe it’s because I’ve got an English name and it seems like the the whole of angard are now full of Asians to me. It’s quite simple if you haven’t got an Asian name there is no chance you will be getting any shifts

This injustice has been apparently going on for many years and in various forms in RM
Seems like it's only discrimination though when it's the white managers making the calls..
