Angard will only check the time sheets that RM have sent them. In my case RM made a mistake and didn't send all time sheets to Angard.
Angard told me not to call RM aswell but to hell with that as I needed my money. Angard will not chase this issue for you with RM - you will have to do it yourself.

Today I sent e-mail to Angardpayroll.queries@reedglobal.com
outlining once again all the discrepancies I have with them in relation to pay.
I also cc this e-mail to the following bigcats at royal mail
moya.greene@royalmail.com
john.duncan@royalmail.com
mark.higson@royalmail.com
I also included the case number and date of my employment tribunal.
surprisingly enough I got a reply this afternoon from john duncan who states he has passed on
my details to John Bishop (managing director) of Reed Global for immediate attention and resolution.
This is the first time I have had a response from any e-mail I have sent to Angard, Reed or Royal Mail.
lets hope I get immediate attention and resolution from Mr Bishop or one of his team, I'll keep you updated

Following on from my previous entry after 2 more emails listing the amount that they still owe me I have been paid!!!
The problem now is that they have paid me more than double the amount owing and I am still waiting for a pay slip, as I am unable to work out how they got this figure. I wonder if it will take 6 weeks for them to claim back the amount that has been overpaid?
