I have finally now started legal action against Angard and given them a date of 28th Jan to pay what they owe me.
I also have formal complaint against them via payandworksrights (minimum wages section) and ET1 ongoing.
e-mail received from Graham Snowdon indicating that his story about Angard/RM will appear in the Observer this Sunday
and will also be available on Guardian.co.uk
legal action started just in case Angard start any action against me to recover what they allege I owe them

Good for you guys taking legal action.

I just looked at my payslip and angard paid me 1 night shift less in week 1, but added a shift in week 4 so i naively thought it balanced out....

But i just calculated and surprise surprise they underpaid me by £8.53 and probably will try to the same on the holiday pay.

They claimed i owe them £114 in overpayment

I claimed holiday pay net pay £97, which seems low and they didn't pay it just deducted...

So i owe them 16 quid....but coz of the wrong gross pay figures i owe them F.A and that's what they're getting.

In fact they may owe me £1, but the nightmare with angard sadly doesn't seem to end....i'm sure they'll contact me with more B.S.

I have been paid £387 net. I had a week missing from 23/12 so had that added on to last weeks hours. It's all a bit messy, but is actually about right now.
Received another statement to date today and balance is 0.

Yet again I have been underpaid 7 out of 8 weeks paid at the wrong rate and the only week they got the rate right they underpaid me by one hour. Tired of ringing them up and e mailing them to get a payroll statement showing me how much they have paid me so far!!!! which of course is at the wrong rate. Surely legal action is the next option. I have worked as a casual since Nov 2010 I wonder if I could go to an emloyment tribunal? I know a lot of people have not been paid or underpaid there must be something we can do. Unsympathetic managers dont help I wonder how they would feel if they lost 25% of their wages just like that huh! Bloody sick of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :arrrghhh

Anybody can complete the Employment Tribunal form ET1 online - see the umpteen threads on this forum that talk about doing so!

Angard Rep?! Never seen or heard of one. They obviously never ventured down my way! No, I didn't get any money last Friday, but realistically didn't expect any. After not getting any pay on the 13th, I emailed Angard a 2 page document, providing all the info they needed. I didn't get a reply, so I contacted Jane Ogden again & somebody from Payroll emailed me. However, what I found alarming was that they asked me for the dates & hours that I had worked!!! Now what happened to my email & more to the point, what has happened to all our info on their payroll system?!
