i got a phone call off them and their said their gonna put £100 in my bank account tomorrow while they sort out my wages ( can only hope they do or i'll be having a s**t new years eve )

CWU sent in my ET1 into the depotI I was working in. Their lawyers are now claiming they want more time because they have only just received it. What can I do? Is there a Royal Mail procedure for managers at depots stating where they shold send ET1s to?
