The pay week is Saturday to Friday 1 week in arrears so if you started on the 5th you wont get paid until the 16th, and while the pay week is odd (normally Mon - Sun) the week in arrears is not and is standard for most jobs that are paid weekly

Doing night shifts 10-6 at Ipswich... At the end of my second week now and was informed I'd be paid this Friday, but ofcourse haven't.

GREAT!

Sent them an email to all three addresses stated on their website.

Should really go to sleep, but pretty pissed off.

I haven't been paid either, they rang me up a week ago on Tuesday to ask me for my bank details, a lot of lads either haven't got paid or got paid the wrong amount. Does anyone know what our legal rights are in regards to this? I mean what time frame do they have to pay us?

Ok this could be helpful to the pay disputes. Found this number on a website 08454607318, when I rang I did get an option for Angard Staffing and the pay department, However "Due to the sheer number of calls we are currently receiving, we are not accepting calls at this time"..... What a surprise  But the number may work later....

When you say the cut off time for pay is 10pm.. Do you mean that the money could go into my bank any time up till 10pm?

I was in the same boat but Angard have messed up my wages big time today.

I started on the 21st @ Edinburgh MC & last Friday was paid for the first four days, 21st-24th, fine no probs ( bit worried at first it was only 4 days but after readin Angard's week runs Fri-Thurs, i thought no probs will get the Friday night this week)

Now today I would be due a full weeks wage (25th plus Mon-thurs of last week ) and after checking my bank Angard have paid me only £40 this week. Also with the Trains & buses cancelled last night due to the winds in my area & no other way of getting to work, I wasn't in last night, so have no idea if this has happened to other people or not.

Angry would be a polite way of saying how I feel right now. I have done the work, on time every day, even being thank by a manager for getting our area finished before all the others on most nights. As with markadam I had plans this weekend for xmas shop etc now I will be struggling to pay bills not to mention even having money to get into work tonight, which if they don't sort this today I wont

I now have to sit & wait for the next few hours wandering & worrying about this before I can call Angard :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh
Now just got off the phone with them & spoke to Laura I believe it was. I told her the above & she said yes it seems strange. Promptly said I will look into it further & hung up. No mention of call back or I'll get back to you. I'll give them 20mins then ring again.

Direct line to the payroll is - 01202688502

I started on the late shift at Exeter on 23rd November, so today is the end of my third week. I was expecting to be paid for my first part-week last Friday, but, surprise, surprise.... Nothing. I emailed the payroll.queries address and had a response quite quickly. They had checked my records and agreed that I was owed 22.5 hours, but not to worry as it would be "added onto my pay at the end of next week". Guess what, today..... nothing! So, that is 8 shifts that they owe me for and by their own admission I am on their payroll and should be receiving something! :mad
