How long to verify documents?

Hi, I uploaded all my documents on 8 May, yet some are saying approved but a lot are still saying pending review, how long does it take from application to actually been offered work? Trying to contact them by phone is impossible and I don't get replys back from my emails to them.. Thanks

At this time of year you might not hear from them until September. Not a lot of shifts available
