Everybody loves receiving a parcel and this Chinese postman makes sure he gives the people of his hometown extra special deliveries every day: inspiration.
Zhang Rihui, who lives in a town of 4,200 families in east China, has overcome being born without legs to deliver parcels by walking on his knees.
Every day at 9am Zhang, 60, rides his electric truck for more than an hour to pick up parcels from Jixi county, before returning to deliver them in his hometown Yangxi, which is situated 30 miles away, reported People's Daily

The postman is determined not to let his disability get in the way and insists on delivering packages to his customers' doors by walking on his knees and using rubber from tyres as makeshift shoes.
Zhang turned his life around when he realised that feeling bitter about his disability wasn't helping him, so he resolved to live strongly.

He added that although the income from his job wasn't high, he believed that he could change his destiny through his hard work.
Up until three years ago, Zhang repaired footwear to earn a living, before a school friend, who owns a courier company, asked him to become a postman.
Originally Zhang only delivered parcels to local villages and towns but through his dedication he soon became the chief courier for Yangxi town and has been praised by customers for his sincere attitude and optimistic personality.
