I spent some time this afternoon analyzing the Postal Service’s year-to-date business, and the numbers aren’t good, to say the least. Mail revenue and volume are dropping far faster than the Postal Service expected at the beginning of the fiscal year — so postal officials could find themselves hundreds of million of dollars short of their projected $76.2 billion revenue this year.

I don't know. An Ormskirk bloke would likely work for RM, wouldn't he?

I don't but you quoted part of an post that was about USPS so I thought it would be funny to ask that - its called banter something people don't recognise all the time.

That isn't too bad considering they didn't know (probably) that we'd be in a recession. I think a measly 6% fall (your example) during a recession is pretty good!
