Yodel has been permanently retired as a UK carrier brand, with all operations, websites and apps transitioning to InPost as of 17 July 2026, InPost confirmed.
Customers searching for a Yodel website are now redirected to InPost UK, marking the end of a name that has been part of the UK parcel delivery landscape since 2010. The Yodel by InPost app and website, along with yodel.co.uk, are no longer accessible, with all tracking, delivery preferences and parcel management now handled through the InPost app.
Announcing the change on LinkedIn, Yodel said: “Yodel by InPost has now officially become part of the full InPost customer experience. Customers now get access to our full network, including 24/7 lockers and shops and one easy app for all deliveries and returns.”
