A woman and a child sustained injuries in a crash in Coventry. It happened at the junction of Grange Road and Anderton Road.
Paramedics were called to reports of a crash involving a car and a DPD van just before 1pm on Saturday (October 18). Traffic reportedly had to be diverted.
Crews found that a woman and a child were injured. Both were rushed to University Hospital Coventry.
A spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called to reports of a collision involving a car and a van on Grange Road in Coventry at 12.56pm on Saturday.
“Crews discovered two patients, a woman and a child, who, following assessment, were both taken to University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire for further treatment.”
DPD has been approached by CoventryLive.
