Whistl has united its parcel businesses under one brand, Parcelhub. This change leverages the strengths of both businesses (Whistl Parcels and Parcelhub), creating a unique position in the parcel market.

Parcelhub offers flexible and scalable multi-carrier solutions covering tracked and untracked services and seamless integrations for eCommerce businesses both in the UK and internationally.

It caters to large-volume and SME multi-channel eCommerce retailers and brands that benefit from the scale of the Whistl Group through a network of depots nationwide. It also gives access to cost and efficiency benefits by consolidating customer volumes through the Parcelhub Carrier Management System.

Underpinning Parcelhub is its high-level customer service capability, a multi-carrier service offering, easy IT integration and access to proactive tracking support to reduce delivery failure rates and ultimately enhance the end-user delivery experience.

Steve Marjoram leads Parcelhub as managing director and Andy Underwood as commercial director.

Nick Wells, Executive Chairman, Whistl, said: “I am delighted that we have simplified our parcels offering to the market through one brand, Parcelhub. Now eCommerce businesses both large and small can access through one contact our scalable multi-carrier solutions that provide top rate customer service, competitive pricing and a can-do-attitude to enhance the end-user delivery experience.”

Steve Marjoram, managing director, Parcelhub, said: “This is an exciting time for the team as we go to market with delivery solutions that are simple and scalable. We pride ourselves on being easy to deal with, we take the hassle out of delivery management. The team is working hard on continual development of the services customer receive from Parcelhub and we look forward to announcing new additions to our service offering in the coming months.”
