Residents in a Somerset village claim they are being plagued by a serial parcel dumper as piles of undelivered Evri parcels are abandoned on the streets every day.
Locals in leafy Bathford, Somerset, say the "parcel-dumping saga" began last week and nearly every day heaps of "up to 10" packages have been found scattered on pavements and in hedges.
Courier Evri said it had ditched the driver and apologised for what locals called "mass dumpings" in the sleepy Somerset village three miles from Bath.
It is understood the decision was made after a wave of complaints from "up in arms" locals.

"On pavements, chucked into people’s hedges, and also on random doorsteps."
He added: "They’re leaving vast piles of parcels on pavements.

Resident Tom Frost, 28, said: "In the last week, the Evri driver has literally been leaving piles of up to 10 parcels, dotted around the village.
"They’re not even attempting to deliver them.
"All residents are completely up in arms and very, very upset."
The sales manager added: "I personally have never seen anything like this anywhere in the country."

Other furious locals took to social media to voice their rage and arrange to pick up their missing packages.
One wrote: "Evri at it again!
"Had a load of parcels dumped by our log bin on high street for Pleasant Place - so I’ll just deliver them now! Nightmare."
Another added: "They are just throwing people’s property on the ground??
"No respect for their hard-earned money or, in fact, their privacy."
An Evri spokesman said: "The overwhelming majority of our couriers are highly regarded by customers with an average star rating of 4.6 out of five this year and we’re committed to delivering every parcel with care.
"We’d like to say sorry to the small number of residents in Bathford.
"These parcels were handled by a driver working for a third-party provider and they will no longer be delivering on behalf of Evri.
