When can I sell my next lot of shares please?

I know I'll have to pay tax, but does anyone know when the 3 years are up for the last batch of free shares we got please? Thanks

The free shares allocation dates are as follows, along with the number of shares full timers recieved:

15th October 2013 - 613
9th April 2014 - 116
5th October 2015 - 103
6th October 2016 - 81

You have to wait 3 years from each date to sell with tax & NI payable, or 5 years tax free.

I believe if you are offered voluntary redundancy then you are not penalised.

If offered VR do you have to sell the shares back to RM or can you hold on to them
and then sell at a later date on the open market.

If you leave via VR you count as a ‘good leaver’ and you get to keep all of your free shares without paying any tax or NI. Whether you sell them or hold onto them until a later date is up to you.

There’s lots of info in the big red book we got at the time of privatisation, which can also be found online here.
