Re: Salary sacrifice info and how to do it
There are 3 ways RM employees can benefit from salary sacrifice:
1. By paying into a pension. New starters will automatically be enrolled after 3 months. But I think you can ask to join earlier. You're eligible to join the RMDCP: https://www.scottishwidows.co.uk/save/royalmaildcplan/
2. Purchase something via My Bundle. Personally I've never really looked at it, but I think you need to be employed for 12 months before you're eligible. https://www.myroyalmail.com/benefits
3. Purchase RM shares at a discounted rate & get some free ones too. Eligibility is 12 months service. https://www.myroyalmail.com/PartnershipandMatching
