Eligible employees will start to receive their letter from today

Eligible employees will start to receive their SIP 2014 Free Shares invitation mailing from today.

As expected, each eligible full-time employee is entitled to a total of 725 Free Shares:
•613 Free Shares already awarded in October 2013
•112 Free Shares to be awarded in the SIP 2014 allocation

Eligible part-time employees are entitled to a pro-rata number of Free Shares based on their paid hours between 10 July 2013 and 13 October 2013. Their SIP 2013 allocation has already been awarded. They are entitled to receive the number of SIP 2014 Free Shares shown on their informal allocation notice.

All eligible employees who do not opt out will receive the remaining Free Shares they are entitled to as soon as possible in the new tax year, which starts on 6 April 2014. We expect the allocation date to be 9 April 2014.

As with the first allocation, if you want to be given your Free Shares, you do not need to do anything.

All eligible employees will automatically be given their SIP 2014 Free Shares in April 2014 if they do not opt out.

Even if you chose to opt out of the SIP 2013 allocation, you are still eligible to receive your SIP 2014 Free Shares allocation.
