Something just popped into my head :Very Happy

If you’ve accepted the offer from EP Group to sell to them what would happen if you sold them yourself before the takeover goes through? Let’s say this is just the free shares so the only cost to sell would be the dealing charge. Would EP come after you or is the agreement to sell to them only valid once the sale of Royal Mail is agreed and the 75% volume of shares available is hit?

The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.
