It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I don't know the exact source of above quote, but the proposed 20p dividend for 21/22 was announced in the 'full year results ending 28th March 2021', which were released on 20 May 2021:
