If your Q was about EP Group/DK being happy?
I guess so. 51% would, as a minimum, allow him to call a few more shots when it comes to choosing the board of directors. That allows him to set the direction of IDS. The legally binding agreements with the Gov and also with the Union probably wouldn't be applicable - assuming they were based on a takeover happening.
