Re: Block Listing Application
The most interesting thing here is the omission of anything to do with RM. GLS gets a mention but nothing about RM!clashcityrocker wrote: ↑24 Jul 2023, 16:5624 July 2023

Wow, you really are a nasty piece of work aren't you? I wonder, does your online behaviour come naturally or does it take practice?clashcityrocker wrote: ↑25 Jul 2023, 14:35I don't know if that is supposed to be funny or if you have been living under a rock for a few months?
What I am referring to is that RM are not included in any way shape or form with regard to the purpose of these shares. IDS have created a capital pool for incentives for everyone but RM, using what was effectively RM's money.
Now, where did I leave my rock....

Re: Block Listing Application
MW7485 - I think what he means is that the name of the company has been International Distributions Services PLC for some months now, 'Royal Mail' is still used as a trading name in the UK with the approval of King Charles.
Global Logistical Services, known in the UK as Parcelforce, is an IDS subsidiary company.
Posted - Yes by less than 1% but the idea is that these incentive schemes are part of people's overall pay package.
