Dear Colleague

Maternity Fact-Sheets

The Equal Opportunities Department is in the process of updating much of the information which traditionally we have had dissemination responsibility. On the issue of maternity rights we have provided a simple to read and understand information sheet, which is a move away from the previous format of charts.

Attached with this LTB will be three PDF files. One is generic fact sheet on statutory rights across the board. The second and third ones are relevant to Royal Mail Group and Post Office Limited. Copies of the fact-sheets will be available from the CWU website very shortly.

I am in the process of compiling a similar fact-sheet for Telecoms and I hope to have this out within the next fortnight.

Any queries on this should be referred to my department in the first instance.

Fact-Sheet Updates : Maternity Rights Update 1, Bullying & Harassment and Flexible Working

Please find attached Maternity Rights Fact-Sheet Update 1 and an updated Harassment & Bullying Fact-Sheet. We are also attaching a corrected version of the Flexible Working.

Further copies are available on the Equal Opportunities section of the CWU website and limited copies are available in the Department.
