Royal Mail`s quality figures are based on RFID results which scan certain test letters which are posted by
independent people and are then tracked through the system.
If your talking about test letters for certain walks/posties, am not aware of anything official.Try your branch.

Hi got a resign coming shortly in our office,some arguement about opting out if duty not changed,2010 way forward agreement says duty holder can opt out if no change,others say an updated agreement in the four pillars overides this,any link to this agreement if it does exist

I'm trying to find an agreement regarding taking a day in lieu, or payment if your day off falls on a bank holiday. A few in our office who opted to get paid have yet to receive payment for the May bank holiday despite "promises" from the D.O.M. Any help appreciated
