DISABILITY RIGHTS & THE EQUALITY ACT 2010
My Department is very pleased to confirm that we are re-launching a new and improved version of the DDA – Your Questions Answered Booklet. A pdf is attached for your reference.
This new edition takes into consideration the key aspects of the Equality Act 2010 and we hope it will be of valuable assistance to our reps in dealing with disability related issues.
My thanks goes to everyone who assisted in the production of the booklet and in particular to Linda Stewart from Simpson Millar Solicitors.
Copies are also available to download from the Equal Opportunities Section of the CWU website.
