Does the RM have an official procedure in place in the event one of the biological parcels heading to the health laboratory is found damaged on arrival or breaks whilst being thrown into a skip by a sorter?

Think there was something else regarding the anthrax scares we had a few years ago which basically made you stop work and get management involved.
Dodgy biological parcels would be treated in the same way.
