LTB 120/25 – Sun Safety and Severe Weather Risk Assessment Process RMG
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

They release this today
when everyone’s out on delivery
Everyone’s known for days it was going to be boiling hot today - useless halfwits
Bet the 3 stooges went to the beach

Take regular breaks ?
No chance on the 4.5 hour DPR routes I'm allocated.
Take off 1 hour to scan and load van and 5 hours in reality to deliver where's the time to take any break ?

As I'm on a new 30 hour contract (Ex postie 1996) it states overtime is compulsory.
so bit of a sticky situation but I take 3 x 10min breaks.
As my duty finish time is 20.00 I'm not working over that time.
