For a complete copy of the Royal Mail Service Delivery / Communication Workers Union National Agreement / Code of Practice for Improving Cycle Safety by the Introduction of Cycle Helmets and High Visibility Garments.
Step 1 - Go to the CWU website home page.
Step 2 - On the left hand side under heading CWU Sectors click arrow at Postal Services then click where it says Outdoor;/DO/SPDO/Romec.
Step 3 - Then click the Agreements link.
Step 4 - Scroll down and click Cycle Helmets link.
And yes it is a conduct issue!
