Write to The Pensions Regulator

Post by stephen500 »

On page 30 of last years pension booklet I noticed there is a "pensions regulator" stating The regulator is able to "intervene in the running of the scheme(s) where trustees, employers have failed in their duties....and reduce the risk of claims from the pension protection fund" (source page 30 Guide to benefits for section A/B members July 2012)
Any one can write to The Pensions Regulator, Napier House, Trafalgar place, Brighton, BN1 4DW phone 0845 600 0707 http://www.thepensions" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;regulator.gov.uk
