I turned 60 on the 1st December 2011, my pension should have been ready for payment on that date, Now the 6th January, and still waiting. I was informed that they did not have a current address for me, so could not send out the forms normally sent out 3 months prior to your pension date.
(had I not asked, they would not have made any contact with me)
as I have lived at the same address for more than 30 years, and have letters dated less than 6 months ago from them, what has gone wrong here ?.
I did ask if I would get interest on my lump sum (£41,000), the answer was no, but I will be back paid on my monthly payouts from December.
How many more addresses have they lost ? how much interest have they made on all the unpaid lump sums interest every month ?.
Remember they are very short of money, is this a way of making up the deficit ?.
