Taken from the 'RMDCP SW to L&G transfer website':

Please don't worry if you haven't received your welcome letter / email yet. We're moving members from Scottish Widows to L&G in phases, so it's completely normal for some people to receive their welcome communications before others.

If you haven't heard from L&G yet, you should receive your welcome information by the end of August 2026. The transfer is progressing as planned, and there's no action you need to take at this stage. We'll be in touch with everything you need to know as soon as it's your turn in the process.

To clarify for anyone who's unsure:
This only applies to members of the Royal Mail Defined Contribution Plan(RMDCP).
AVC's via Bonusplan, Flexiplan and the current collective scheme(RMCPP) are staying with Scottish Widows.
