Problems getting communication

Hi
I was a postman for 22 year, and I’m now 55 and no longer working. I have been trying to get in touch with my pension but they’re not exactly being quick with the reply’s,
I’m not getting any Mail and emails are not coming either.
Every time I ring them up they say they’ve sent letters/emails but I’m not getting them.
Is anyone else having/ had problems?

I emailed last Friday and had reply a yesterday, I wonder if there flat out because people were waiting for the new pension to be introduced before taking NRA 65, so as not to miss out on Royal Mails contributions.

I'm due to receive my NRA65 pension in 7 weeks, not heard anything from RMSPS / Capita.
I've tried calling them on numerous occasions, I emailed them with all my details and was told they didn't recognise me, I've been paying in for 24 years and even received a statement last year.
On the other hand, RMPP sent me all the documents months ago, I'm awaiting a response from Capita.

Update!
Email from RMSPS, seemingly they haven't received anything from RMPP !

Asked me, if I'm sure that I received forms from RMPP, and if I did, did I complete them and return them to them?

Finally, if I did received and return them, it up to me to contact RMPP and ask them to update me on what's happening.

They certainly don't make it easy !
