Does anyone have a copy or can provide details of where I can obtain the following documents-
1. RMG & CSC business systems Ltd 2003 pension agreement (this document I'm absolutely desperate to find a copy)
And
2.The scheme rules for POPS pension which were in operation May 2003 (i joined may 96, then became Section c, deferred June 2003)
I've tried Capita and RMPP who both provided conflicting answers but that basically they can't provide the documents.
Thank you in anticipation

Re: Looking for pension scheme rules & RMG 2003 pension agreement
I'm not sure if any of this helps, but a quick Google throws up the following:
This AI generated info:
https://hansard.parliament.uk/Commons/2 ... edWorkers)
https://www.pensions-ombudsman.org.uk/s ... O-8990.pdf
POPS became section C in 2000 in what was initially the Post Office Pension Plan and later renamed the Royal Mail Pension Plan, with the Consignia debacle inbetween.
I have a copy of the section C 'guide to benefits' dated 2000. Could that contain what you want to know?
This AI generated info:
Plus a couple of links which might be of interest:In 2003, as part of Royal Mail's IT outsourcing to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), employees had the option to either keep their Royal Mail pension or transfer their contributions to the new CSC pension, according to a Hansard debate. The agreement outlined these choices and the subsequent contributions to each pension scheme.
Elaboration:
When Royal Mail outsourced its IT services to CSC in 2003, the 1,713 staff were transferred under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) Regulations.
Pension Choices:
Employees had the choice to either:
Keep their Royal Mail pension: They could continue to accrue benefits within the existing Royal Mail pension scheme.
Transfer to the CSC pension: They could transfer their Royal Mail contributions to a new CSC pension scheme.
Future Contributions:
Those who chose to transfer would have their future contributions made into the CSC scheme, while those who stayed in the Royal Mail scheme would have their future contributions made to that scheme.
Agreement Details:
The precise details of the 2003 agreement, including the specific terms of the transfer options and any other related arrangements, would be outlined in the relevant documents and communications between Royal Mail, CSC, and the affected employees.

Robert
I cannot articulate just how grateful I am for your help.
A copy of the 2000 rules would definitely be helpful to me, if you could send a copy.
Thanks
