RM Pension Deductions

Post by GlassDoor »

Hi

I’m a full time postman. I’m Paying in the extra 1 % to the new pension and Royal Mail are supposed to match that.
My pension deduction is £32.xx per week. Shouldn’t it be £37.xx per week with the extra 1%
The old pension I was paying £32

A little confused.

Does it show as 2 separate lines on your payslip? The basic 6% is deducted as RMCPP EE and the 1% lump sum booster should have a line saying LSB EE
