Re: Pension figures..
Yeah I thought the same as I've had to go through this claim for my autistic son it's very hard to qualify.

Re: Pension figures..
I'm not sure "" most "" posties will be making claims. Obviously there are ways of playing the system but as we can see they'll be more tears in Parliament when there's no one left to tax to pay for it all. The internet is full of bragging about life on benefits but I think " most " posties are realistic and just want a decent pension and a decent life and are prepared to work towards it.

Re: Pension figures..
You can look up as much information on line about eligibility all you want. But I know how it works. I could have had two people with exactly the same health problems, same age ect. They both get the same points. It was up to me to allow or refuse pip/ adp. One person gets £764 per month the other nil. It's got nothing to do with the medical. It's the way you answer the questions. There are 8 questions asking the same question, only in a different way. It's to trip you up. Do not full in your form by yourself. Go to a welfare rights group. Nobody will clap you for struggling on. It's up to the individual. Robert T knows a lot more about pensions than I could ever learn but I was an adjudication officer at dwp after rm. I know my stuff.RobertT wrote: ↑05 Nov 2025, 09:33Anyone interested in the eligibility criteria for PIP and Attendance Allowance can find more info here:

So it's subjective instead of objective?
