The whole point of the Cash Balance is that it doesn't reduce in value, unless you're accessing it before age 65.

I have received my reply. The figure quoted in February 25 was incorrect. Increases to the DBCBS only apply to full years. I left in March 24 so, no increase was applied 31/3/24. On 31/3/25 the annual increase of 3.7% was applied.

I wouldn't think so as an up to the minute statement can be accessed online. Even Royal Mail think letters are obsolete.
