Not received pension increase today

I phoned capita couple of weeks ago about pension increase letter and was told they were being sent out on 23 April. Haven’t received mine yet.

A week into May and still nothing from Capita

Tried phoning again yesterday there was a recorded message at beginning saying letters were on the way

You can go online and look at payslips and communications that have been sent, its all there.

I have yet to see any information from Capita (usually on the back of the increased April payment) regarding the exact PI and what it will mean for months 2-12. HMRC (via my online account) provided the 1st payment in April. Tried the RMSPS portal and met again with resistance to getting onto my account with them so no access to that unfortunately. I resorted to phoning them up and was provided with the new payments from May onwards. I was giving the reason that they are having issues with their IT systems again (specifically users being able to logon). Also told to ring up if I have not received anything from them by the end of May

Capita continue to be as inefficient as thay have been in previous years

My P60 pension increase letter has arrived today.
