Never received a letter from Capita

I'm approaching retirement age, so I just started to get curious about this boring but essential pension subject. I joined the RM and it's pension in 2004. In the Royal Mail site says that I should get a statement from Capita every year...but I never received one. I only receive the ones frmo Roayl Mail with the squirrel. When are we supposed to get this Capital letter ? Also , is there a contact e-mail or phone for Capital ? I only find contact details for royal mail. Thanks.

Think you need to visit the RMSPS website. The FAQ's section explains which of the RM Pension Schemes you are likely to be
in and has links for contact details:
