Rm defined contribution plan

As my previous post i have about £40 grand in this older plan ,i put my retirement age down as 65 .
whats the phone number to call or website or will they just automaticly write to me and ask me before my birthday in june this year what i want to do with the money/ just it said from the 18th of june till the end august the accounts are frozen? i tried to type in on the internet scottishwidows.co.uk/save/royalmaildcplan and nothing came up ?
