Hi, just a quick question. If you were to go part time would that affect your age 60 and age 65 pension benefits, thank you

I wouldn't have thought so you were fulltime when you earnt them.

i assume it will only affect the new collective plan which we joined oct 2024
as we wont be paying into NRA 60/65
i hope i haven't misunderstood anything as i went part-time oct 2025!!!!

Age60/65 benefits won't go down if you reduce your hours.

But you will build up less via the RMCPP(or Nest) going forward, because your pensionable pay will be lower.
