buying your holidays
hello. Has is any one buying leave?? it has just come to light that some ppl got the leave but for some reson have not had it taken from thier pay, (6 years) just what i have heard, how true it is i do not know.

No I get 6 weeks and yes I do pay for it - although to be honest they should make it clearer on the pay chit the only difference is in the totals.

five weeks
I have done 20 + years
but as we do five weeks on one off I only get 5 weeks
my partner she only done ten years service still pays for 6 weeks but only gets five too wallington weeks.... term it`s called
most only get 4 weeks or 4 weeks 2 days if over 5 years service in our office

Sorry I dont understand what all of you mean do we not get paid leave wheather it is 4,5,6 weeks you get ! if you can get extra it is unpaid leave is it notoldrope wrote:hello. The cost is deducted from your wages spread over the year.
