If people feel the need to use the gym at a Mail Centre, they are obviously not working hard enough on the shop floor lugging bags, yorks and other wheeled equipment, and trays around all day. Discuss.

Maybe i didnt make myself clear. I dont work at the MC, but work at a DO. Is it available for me to use as a RM employee, or is it only available to people who actually work there?

Hi Edward, you may use the gym at a MC, but 1st you will have to have an asessment. if you ring the mc and ask to be put thru to the gym them take it from there. hope this helps.
